Founded in 2013 on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Releash NYC was created with a clear conviction: smaller is better. Rather than operating an overwhelming, high-volume environment, we intentionally keep our boutique calm, peaceful, and personal.
We believe your furbaby deserves true one-on-one attention. Our team works diligently each day to ensure every pet is given the individual time, patience, and tailored care they need to feel safe, comfortable, and loved throughout their visit.
Because we devote ourselves completely to one companion at a time, we kindly ask all of our clients to please schedule our services in advance. Reserving ahead protects your pet's dedicated time slot and ensures every experience is relaxed and unhurried.

Advance Scheduling
We work very hard to ensure every pet receives the time, patience, and individual attention they require. For this reason, we kindly ask each client to please schedule our services in advance.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Although we understand that life happens and plans change unexpectedly, out of respect to all of our clients and staff, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
$100 'No-Show' Fee
Because our appointment slots are dedicated exclusively to your furbaby and turn away other clients, missed appointments without 24 hours' advance notice ('no-shows') will be subject to a $100 fee.
